All analytics features (Overview Dashboard, Payment Analytics, Customer Overview, Customer Clusters, Product Performance, Disputes & Fraud) are available on all paid plans.

AI Insights report frequency varies by plan:

- Core: 1 per month

- Pro: 1 per week (on-demand coming soon)

- Enterprise: on demand

### Payment Tools

Dispute Management is available on all plans. Rule Management, List Management, Review Queue, and AI-assisted intelligence features require the Pro plan or higher.

Sales Tax tracking is available on all plans.

### Team & Access

Core includes 3 seats. Pro includes 10 seats with access management. Enterprise offers custom seat allocation with SSO.

## Trial & Expired Plans

All plans include a **30-day free trial** with full access to your plan's features.

### What happens when the trial ends

If you choose not to upgrade after your trial expires, the following limits apply:

- Only the Overview dashboard remains visible, limited to 6 months of data.

- AI Insights reports generated during the trial remain viewable.

- Payment Tools and other analytics pages are not accessible.
